Lady Catterley's Lover I've had some writer's block this week, so when I saw this pic on Cute Overload and something popped into my mind, I had to write it down :)
I know there's another person on CO doing this sort of writing, but I hope they see it as a form of flattery and I'm sure our styles will diverge in the future :)
Also I'll leave these posts public but will screen comments and see how that goes.

Lady Fotheringham-Smythe spoke severely to the tradesman.
"You'll have to speak up! I _am_ hard of hearing. And when was the last time you washed, young man?"
Ignoring the harsh tone in her voice he leant in to repeat his appraisal of the carpentry job at hand while noticing a strangely incongruent look in her eyes.
Suddenly, ignoring the class boundaries that society had placed between them, he took his chance and tenderly kissed her ear.
She closed her eyes and drew a deep breath. She was transported back to that summer on the Rhine, when her heart had been stolen by an uncouth, yet roughly handsome porter.
She gazed at the tradesman's broad, muscular shoulders and felt an old, but familiar stirring in her bosom.
"This new cabinet may take some time to build," she thought to herself.
